Selamat mencuba!\ud83e\udd70<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BAHAN-BAHAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahan &#8216;Scrambled Tofu&#8217;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 sudu kecil minyak Mazola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 pek sederhana-lembut tofu(sekitar 200g)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 sudu kecil kicap&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahan Nasi Goreng:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cawan nasi perang, dimasak seperti biasa(terpulang cita rasa)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 sudu kecil minyak MAZOLA&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bawang besar&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ulas bawang putih&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lobak merah(dipotong bentuk kiub)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 batang sup saderi ( dipotong bentuk kiub)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cawan kacang pis&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sudu besar kicap soya&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sudu kecil minyak bijan&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sudu besar sos tiram vegetarian(boleh gunakan sos hoisin)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sudu kecil sriracha<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CARA PENYEDIAAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Panaskan minyak masak di dalam kuali pada suhu sederhana-tinggi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hancurkan tofu dan masukkan kedalam kuali; masak 2 ke 3 minit setiap belah.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masukkan kunyit dan kicap soya dan gaul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keluarkan tofu daripada kuali dan biarkan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Panaskan 2 sudu kecil minyak kedalam kuali, masukkan bawang besar dan masak selama 2 minit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masukkan bawang putih, batang saderi dan lobak merah dan masak selama 4 ke 5 minit pada suhu sederhana dan masak sehingga lobak merah menjadi lembut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masukkan kacang pis, nasi perang, kicap soya, sos tiram vegetarian, minyak bijan, &#8216;scrambled tofu&#8217; dan sriracha. Gaul sehingga sebati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teruskan memasak selama 1 ke 2 minit untuk bahagian bawah menjadi sedikit garing.
