{"id":2454,"date":"2023-10-12T11:04:22","date_gmt":"2023-10-12T11:04:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kinse2u.my\/v2mazola\/?p=2454"},"modified":"2023-11-23T07:46:11","modified_gmt":"2023-11-23T07:46:11","slug":"bak-chang-ayam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kinse2u.my\/v2mazola\/2023\/10\/12\/bak-chang-ayam\/","title":{"rendered":"Bak Chang Ayam"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resipi ini datang tepat pada masanya sebelum Festival Bot Naga untuk anda membuat Bak Chang tradisionall! \ud83e\udd29 Kini anda boleh menarik perhatian keluarga dan rakan dengan Bak Chang yang sedap ini! \ud83d\ude0b\ud83d\udc4d\ud83d\udcaf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BAHAN-BAHAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bahan A<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30 helai daun buluh (direndam semalaman &amp; dibersihkan).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bahan B (ayam)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>450 gm ayam (dipotong dadu)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 sudu sos tiram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 sudu kicap pekat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 sudu kicap cair<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 sudu serbuk lima rempah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 sudu lada sulah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sudu kecil minyak bijan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*bahan-bahan diatas diperap bersama seeloknya semalaman<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 biji cendawan shiitake kering (direndam semalam &amp; dipotong dua)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bahan-bahan C (pulut)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 gm pulut (15pcs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 sudu sos tiram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 sudu kicap pekat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 sudu kicap cair<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 sudu lada sulah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sudu kecik minyak bijan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gm kacang tanah (direbus sehingga lembut)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 ulas bawang merah dipotong halus (digoreng garing )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bahan D (Inti)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 biji kuning telur masin (dipotong dua).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100gm golden mung beans &amp; kacang gram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gm udang kering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bahan E (menumis)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minyak masak Mazola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 ulas bawang merah (dipotong halus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 ulas bawang putih (dipotong halus)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*dibahagi dua untuk menumis pulut &amp; ayam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CARA PENYEDIAAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Memasak ayam:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Masukkan minyak Mazola dan tumis bahan E sehingga naik bau. Kemudian masukkan bahan B yang diperap .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masukkan sedikit air rendaman shiitake mushroom, masak sehingga pekat. Masukkan garam &amp; gula secukup rasa (masukkan sos tiram &amp; kicap pekat mengikut selera)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Memasak pulut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Masukkan sedikit minyak Mazola kemudian tumis bahan E sehingga naik bau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kemudian masukkan pulut dan semua bahan C,masukkan sedikit air rendaman cendawan dan goreng sehingga sebati. Lalu masukkan bawang goreng dan gaul.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cara membalut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ambil 2 dua daun buluh dan buat bentuk kon. Masukkan pulut pastikan tekan2 sedikit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masukkan inti , ayam, cendawan shiitake, udang kering , kacang gramm &amp; telur kuning masin.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutup daun buluh dan bentukkan piramid. Ikat kuih chang dgn kemas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cara merebus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Masukkan air secukupnya dan rebus Bak Chang selama 3 jam.
