Recipe below <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"15\" height=\"25\" class=\"wp-image-1922\" style=\"width: 15px;\" src=\"https:\/\/kinse2u.my\/v2mazola\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karipap Pusing \u4e00 Dough 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1<strong>\u00bc<\/strong> cup Flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp Mazola Oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pinch of Salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00bd<\/strong> cup Water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Karipap Pusing \u4e00 Dough 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00be cup Flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp Shorten i ng<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup Butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Filling \u4e00 Ingredient A<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 nos Cinnamon stick<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 nos Cloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cardamom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Star anise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 nos Black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g Mazola Oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Filling \u4e00 Ingredient B<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>80 g C urry Powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g Water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Potatoes (cubed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ln a pan saut\u00e9 ingredient A, once fragrant add ingredient B until it thickens and the potato is soft. Turn off heat and let it cool completely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a bowl combine the entire bowl 1 ingredient. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ln another bowl combine ingredient of dough 2 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll the first dough and then smear the second dough on top of the first dough. Try making the surface flat and fully covered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll like a log and then roll to make it flat. Lastly roll it like a log again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chill the log for 30 minute, after chill cut the log 1\u2153 inch thick.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll it and make it round, add the chilled filling. Karipap Pusing\ud83d\ude0b Resipi di bawah \u2b07<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BAHAN &#8211; BAHAN :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karipap Pusing \u2013 Doh 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 \u00bc cawan Tepung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sudu besar Minyak Mazola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secubit garam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cawan Air<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Karipap Pusing \u2013 Doh 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00be cawan Tepung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sudu besar Shortening<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cawan Mentega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Inti- Bahan A<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 batang kayu manis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 biji cengkih<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 biji buah pelaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 biji Bunga lawang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 biji Lada hitam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g Minyak Mazola<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Inti &#8211; Bahan B<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>80 g Serbuk Kari<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g Air<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Kentang (dipotong dadu)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CARA PENYEDIAAN&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Di dalam kuali tumiskan Bahan A, setelah naik bau masukkan bahan B sehingga pekat dan kentang menjadi lembut. Tutup api dan biarkan ia sejuk.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dalam mangkuk satukan keseluruhan bahan doh 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dalam mangkuk lain satukan semua bahan doh 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leperkan doh pertama dan letakkan doh kedua di atas doh pertama. Leperkan sehingga rata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gulung doh pada penggelek dan kemudian gulung sehingga rata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sejukkan doh selama 30 minit, selepas sejuk potong doh setebal 1.1- 1.3 inci.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leperkan dan bulatkan, masukkan inti yang telah sejuk tadi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kelim karipap dan goreng di dalam Minyak Mazola sehingga perang keemasan.
