Not only is it simple to whip up, it tastes amazing and made even healthier with our MAZOLA Oil! \ud83d\udc4d\ud83d\udcaf Try it out TODAY! \ud83c\udf74\ud83c\udf5b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>680g boneless, skinless chicken cubes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 cup MAZOLA Corn Oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cinnamon Stick<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Cloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Star Anise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Cardamom Pods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Lemongrass Stalk (white part) pound &amp; cut into strips<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup Coconut Milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup Water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Kaffir Lime Leaves (bruised)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 tablespoons Toasted Grated Coconut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon Sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 Rendang Paste:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 Shallots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 inch Galangal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 stalks Lemongrass (white part)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cloves Garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 inch Ginger, peeled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 dried Chilies, seeded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\ufe0f\u20e3 Add all Rendang Paste ingredients in a food processor and blend well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2\ufe0f\u20e3 Heat corn oil in a skillet, add in Rendang Paste, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and cardamom pods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\ufe0f\u20e3 Stir-fry until aromatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\ufe0f\u20e3 Add chicken and lemongrass, stir until combine well with spices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5\ufe0f\u20e3 Add coconut milk, water, and simmer on medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6\ufe0f\u20e3 Stir frequently until the chicken is almost cooked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7\ufe0f\u20e3 Add the kaffir lime leaves, toasted coconut, and stir until well blended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8\ufe0f\u20e3 Turn to low heat, cover with lid and let it simmer for approximately 30 minutes until liquid has dried up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9\ufe0f\u20e3 Add sugar and salt to taste (if necessary).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf89 Your Chicken Rendang is ready to be served! \ud83c\udf89<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rendang ayam lazat!\ud83d\ude0d\ud83d\ude0b Jom belajar buat Rendang Ayam paling sedap dengan Resepi ni. \ud83d\udc4d\ud83d\udcaf Keluarga dan orang tersayang anda pasti gembira untuk menikmatinya pada bulan Puasa yang akan datang! \ud83c\udf89\ud83c\udf5b\ud83c\udf74<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BAHAN-BAHAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>680g ayam tanpa tulang tanpa kulit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 cawan Minyak Jagung Mazola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Batang Kayu Manis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ulas bawang putih<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Biji Bunga lawang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Biji Buah Pelaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Batang Serai (bahagian putih) ditumbuk, dipotong menjadi jalur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cawan Santan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cawan Air<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Daun Limau purut&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 sudu besar Kelapa Parut&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sudu besar Gula<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pes Rendang:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 Biji Bawang Merah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 inci Lengkuas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tangkai Serai (bahagian putih)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 ulas Bawang Putih<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 inci Halia,dikupas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 Cili kering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CARA PENYEDIAAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Masukkan semua bahan Pes Rendang dalam pengisar dan kisar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Panaskan minyak jagung dalam kuali, masukkan Pes Rendang , kayu manis, bunga cengkih, bunga lawang, dan buah pelaga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tumis hingga naik bau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masukkan ayam dan serai, kacau hingga sebati dengan rempah.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masukkan santan, air, dan reneh dengan api sederhana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentiasa kacau sehingga ayam hampir masak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masukkan daun limau purut, santan, dan kacau sehingga sebati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turunkan api, tutup dengan penutup dan biarkan mendidih lebih kurang 30 minit sehingga cecair kering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masukkan gula dan garam secukup rasa (jika perlu).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf89 Rendang Ayam anda sedia untuk dihidangkan! \ud83c\udf89<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thinking of what to cook for the fam?
