If the ingredients are not blending well, gradually add oil until you get a smooth paste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a bit of Mazola Oil to a pan, and heat over low to medium heat. When hot, pour in the blended sambal paste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stir constantly over the low to medium heat so it does not burn. Continue to stir until the sambal sauce &#8220;pecah minyak&#8221;, or the sambal emulsifies and the Mazola Oil floats above the sambal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once it reaches this stage, add tamarind paste, sugar and salt, if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stir through and give a taste test. Jika bahan tidak sebati, masukkan Minyak Mazola secara sedikit demi sedikit sehingga anda mendapat pes yang halus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masukkan sedikit Minyak Mazola ke dalam kuali, dan panaskan dengan api kecil hingga sederhana.
